- For France, this weapon is in category C (weapon over 20 joules C4), so you must provide proof of a shooting license or registration in the SIA register for acquisition. Furthermore, it is your responsibility to declare your purchase to the French authorities.
- For Germany, this weapon exceeds 7.5 joules of power and its acquisition is subject to authorization (Waffenbesitzkarte WBK). You must therefore be in possession of such authorization.
- For Italy, this weapon exceeds 12.7 joules of power and its acquisition is subject to authorization. You must therefore be in possession of such authorization.
Paintball markers are subject to the Federal Law on Weapons, Weapon Accessories and Ammunition (LArm). Any acquisition, even between private individuals, must be the subject of a written contract that will be sent to you for signature.
