DELIVERY

What is the delivery time in Switzerland?
The goods are shipped no later than the day after the order, the delivery time depends on the Post Office and the choice of shipping. Standard shipping (Pospac Economy) usually takes 2 working days, priority shipping (Postpac Priority) usually arrives the next day. In principle, the post office does not deliver parcels on Saturdays.
What is the delivery time outside Switzerland?
The goods are shipped no later than the day after the order, the delivery time depends on the Swiss Post, foreign post and customs clearance. All parcels sent outside of Switzerland are sent by priority shipment with delivery tracking. Delivery takes between .5 and 10 days (without guarantee as we unfortunately have no influence on the above factors.
What additional costs do I have to pay if I order from a country outside of Switzerland?
The goods are shipped without Swiss VAT. Therefore you will have to pay the VAT of your country (some exceptions are possible, especially for small amounts. When the goods are introduced into your country, the package goes through customs and you may also be charged fees.
