- For Italy, this weapon exceeds 12.7 joules of power and its acquisition is subject to authorization. You must therefore be in possession of such authorization.
Paintball markers are subject to the Federal Law on Weapons, Weapon Accessories and Ammunition (LArm). Any acquisition, even between private individuals, must be the subject of a written contract, which will be sent to you for signature.
